Master Halco was awarded $1.25 Million in grants, tax credits and low interest loans by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. “Master Halco’s expansion plans are good news for Scranton and the entire region. It is through this type of working partnership that we have been able to help businesses improve their competitiveness and achieve an all-time high record number of jobs in Pennsylvania,” said Governor Edward Rendell.
