Our goal is to provide work spaces that foster collaboration, training and mentorship in an affordable and entrepreneurial environment.

The Scranton Enterprise Center is a modern business facility in downtown Scranton, Pennsylvania. Constructed in 2003 and expanded in 2004, the facility houses several anchor tenants as well as a Business Incubator program for start-up and expanding small businesses. Class A office space ranging in size from as small as 157 square feet to as large as 6,000 square feet, is currently available for lease. The facility is located in a designated Keystone Innovation Zone.

The TekRidge Center is conveniently located in the Jessup Small Business Center. This technology incubator is supporting the growth of many start-up companies. Businesses located within the incubator space will receive the support, infrastructure, resources and guidance needed to achieve long-term success with the end goal of creating jobs, commercializing new technologies and strengthening local and national economies. Incubator clients of The TekRidge Center will receive the benefits of the tax-exempt incentives provided by the Keystone Opportunity Expansion Zone (KOEZ) and Keystone Innovation Zone programs.

Carbondale Technology Transfer Center (CTTC) is the place to start for those interested in starting technology-oriented or light industry/light assembly companies. The CTTC established a Kitchen Incubator in 2008 to help local entrepreneurs start and maintain successful food businesses. An electronic makerspace is available, with shared equipment, for clients interested in producing motherboards and similar technologies. In addition, the CTTC provides technical support, business assistance, financial resources and appropriate facilities to entrepreneurs, small businesses and light industry/light assembly manufacturers working with technology applications or innovative products or processes. Clients of the CTTC will receive the tax benefits of the Keystone Innovation Zone programs.
