The Scranton Enterprise Center is a modern business facility in downtown Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Constructed in 2003 and expanded in 2004, the facility houses several anchor tenants as well as a Business Incubator program. Class A office space with varying square footage configurations is currently available for lease, along with on-site tenant and visitor parking.

The second floor of the Scranton Enterprises Center houses a business incubator, designed to nurture young firms, helping them become established and allowing them to grow during the start-up period. Clients of the incubator program have access to shared office services, equipment, conference rooms, flexible office space and programming. These services coupled with professional management will stimulate the growth and development of new business ventures in the Greater Scranton region.

The facility is located in a designated Keystone Innovation Zone (KIZ). For-profit businesses located within the Scranton Enterprise Center, that are less than eight years old and operating within targeted industries are eligible for a tax credit through the KIZ program.
